We deliver 2-5 days* from the order date, from 10am - 8pm across all of Sydney. Please note due to increased volumes, our delivery partners are experiencing some delays, so your order may be affected.

Please rest assured your items are picked and packed fresh from our supermarket and warehouse, so no food will be spoiled!

Your driver tracking number will be available as soon as your order has been scheduled for delivery, prior to your delivery date. If your order contains out of stock items, a refund will be processed to you within 3-5 days.

Delivery Partners

We use a combination of in-house riders and local couriers as our delivery partners depending on the profile of your order, for example where frozen goods require extra care to ensure they are delivered to you in person so that they can be put in the freezer straight away!

For orders shipped by a local courier, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking number details for you to track the progress of your order.

For orders delivered by in-house partners, please refer to the information below.


On Your Delivery Day

We will contact you on the morning of the delivery to confirm delivery time on the day. Your order will be booked in for either a morning or afternoon delivery. If you will not be home, you may opt to provide us with an Authority to Leave your purchase in a safe location at your address (for example at the back door, with a concierge, etc).

Our driver will text you a Proof of Delivery if you have provided us with an Authority to Leave. We unfortunately do not provide replacements for theft, but we will always work with you to prevent this from happening.

If in the event that you are not home and have not authorised us to leave your purchase in a safe location, we will contact you within the hour to organise re-delivery. If that hour passes you must contact us at to reschedule delivery.

We will also not be leaving any orders over $100 unattended or if we see a security risk of the order being lost generally. If you would like your items left unattended regardless, please leave a clear note in the Delivery Instructions in the Checkout Form with “Authority to Leave”, and our driver will find a safe and suitable spot to leave your order.

Unfortunately we won’t be able to provide refunds for re-delivery cancellations.

Shop Online and Pick Up In-store

If you have opted for in-store pick up, once your order has been picked and ready for pick up we will notify you via SMS. Please note a 24 hour minimum turnaround time for all in-store pick up orders. If your order is urgent, please email and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Our Haymarket store is open 10am-8pm, 7 days a week, and in-store pick up is available for online orders. Please quote your Thai Kee Online Order Name and Number at the Cashier Service Desk for in-store pick up.
