The following terms and conditions apply to all online orders made on our website:

Pricing & Stock Availability

Please note our online product pricing and availability may differ from our Haymarket store. We are not able to price match, refund or credit any discrepancies due to price. Online products and orders are also not able to be exchanged for in store transactions.

Sometimes our online items may sell out very quickly! Thai Kee is not able to guarantee the availability of all items listed on thaikee.com.au as we have customers shopping in-store while you are online. If in the unlikely event that an item is not available, we will make every effort to contact you and notify you of the cancellation.

Delivery of Goods

While we will make all efforts to ensure delivery in accordance with our delivery timeframes and cut-offs, we do not guarantee these timeframes due to the possibility of stock unavailability or circumstances outside of our control. Delays will likely occur during heavy sale or promotional periods.


All prices shown are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices on the website may update from time to time, however we will honour all prices current at the time your order is confirmed. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal as methods of payment for online orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery or cash for online orders for in-store pick up where payment has already been taken.


All payments are processed via secure, third party platforms, and thaikee.com.au does not store any payment details. Thaikee.com.au reserves the right to refuse, place on hold, refund or cancel any orders we deem to be suspicious. We will endeavour to contact you to resolve these issues.


If, in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with your purchase due any quality or fault issues, please contact us with a photo within 48 hours of receiving your item at orders@thaikee.com.au, and we will investigate and resolve the issue with you. Thai Kee does not accept change of mind returns under any circumstances.

Credits & Cancellations

If an item is out of stock, we will credit you directly to the payment method use for purchase. Please allow up to 5 days for a credit to be processed and up to 5 business days for the funds to settle in your account. For any issues reach us at orders@thaikee.com.au. We will reasonably allow amendments or cancellations to orders where they have not already been dispatched with our delivery partners. Please contact us ASAP with your requests at orders@thaikee.com.au.
